We attach hereto the information relating to the proposed Skydeck development to be situated in the vicinity of the Athol Oaklands Bridge over the M1 highway.
The Birdhaven Ratepayers Association will be objecting to the proposed development as it has done previously. We are aware that many residents in Birdhaven as well as in the surrounding suburbs are objecting personally. We are also aware that a number of residents associations in the area will also be objecting on behalf of their constituencies.
